Before you know it, January will be here, and you know what that means? Yes, once again it's time for the annual Pack 983 Pinewood Derby!!!

Who Can Race?
We divide the Cub Scouts by rank: Tiger, Wolf, Bear, and Webelos.
Trophies will be awarded to the top three cars in each Cub Scout rank.
In addition, for each rank we'll award Best Craftsmanship, Best Paint
Job, Most Original and Best Scout Theme.
Who Builds The Car?
The Scout and adult should make the car together as a project!
What Are The Rules?
The rules are listed here. Read them. FOLLOW THEM! THEY WILL BE ENFORCED!
Anything Else?
Ask your parents to help you do a search for "Pinewood Derby" on the Internet. You'll find all kinds of useful information and pictures of really cool cars. Oh yeah, and one more thing.....HAVE FUN!!!
